Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of all applicable conditions will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, unless the closure is due to breach of these terms in which case balances may be forfeited. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.
88efb may amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via their registered contact details. The amended Agreement will take effect on the date specified in the notification. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming law principles. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact 88efb customer support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. 88efb will acknowledge the complaint within 72 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days.
If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, Players may escalate to the relevant independent dispute resolution body referenced in the Platform's licensing documentation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by the foregoing means shall be subject to binding arbitration.
